Emotional Body is a somatic, introspective, and connective group program for women who are seeking to foster greater ease, understanding, and resiliency in their bodies, relationships, and emotional lives.

In this trauma-informed program, we will learn about the direct connection between our physiology and our emotions; deepen understanding of the ‘why’ behind our patterns; and practice everyday somatic tools to come back to our centers and thrive.

In our four sessions together, we will:

  • Delve into the science of the nervous system, learn how it directs our emotional states, and discover how to tenderly work with it—including as a highly sensitive/neurodivergent person

  • Learn how trauma gets lodged in the body and how to gently and effectively transform emotional holding patterns*

  • Practice somatic techniques—including grounding exercises, breath/meditation, and mindful movement—to navigate emotional triggers, stay resourced during stressful moments, and build greater overall capacity to field overwhelm, anxiety, and difficulty in life.

  • Expand our ability to trust ourselves and connect to our intuition as an infinitely wise and valuable guidance system.

  • Develop personalized strategies to integrate these tools into daily life for ongoing emotional resilience and well-being.

  • Be held in a nurturing, respectful, vulnerable, and joyful space within the group to cultivate authentic connection, shared wisdom, and personal growth.

*I am a somatic emotional health coach; I am not an LMFT or LCSW. If you are currently experiencing acute PTSD or cPTSD, please seek support from a licensed clinician <3.

This program is for you if:

  • You experience sensitivity—physically, emotionally, sensorially—and/or feel stuck in recurring challenging emotional patterns

  • You’re ready to put in the work to shift those patterns in your life, knowing also that foundational healing takes time

  • You’re excited to learn and grow within a compassionate group environment

  • You’re open to exploring practices that engage the mind, body, and spirit

  • You are able to show up with curiosity, humility, and reverence for your implicit wholeness and that of the others in our group

  • You value authentic connection—both to see and be seen, even when it's uncomfortable

  • You’re ready for greater self-trust and ease in your body, relationships, and daily life

You will leave having gained:

  • • Enhanced awareness, understanding, and acceptance of your emotional experiences

  • • Working knowledge of the nervous system and how it functions

  • • Comprehension of different types of sensitivities and identification of those that are a part of your lived experience

  • • Practical tools to attune to/be with yourself, regulate challenging emotions, and manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm—independently and in relationships

  • • Greater overall capacity and ease in your system

  • • Strengthened relationship with your intuition and inner wisdom

  • • A sense of connection, belonging, and joy
